All Scholarship Descriptions

Provide scholarships to at least 10-20 Mexican and/or Mexican origin students who are enrolled or plan to enroll in courses or programs in effort to complete the HSE, or other accredited academic courses or programs at the college.
Preference will be given to students from high need groups as identified as having limited financial aid or scholarship opportunities such as undocumented, DACA, low-income, or first-generation college students.
Eligibility:

Must be a Mexican National or of Mexican Origin.
You are a Mexican National if you maintain citizenship in Mexico.
You are of Mexican Origin if you were born in the US and your parents or grandparents are from Mexico.
Maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
Demonstrate commitment to completion of the certificate or degree of the selected career pathway.
Enrolled in a minimum of five (5) credit hours per semester.

Students will be awarded based on eligibility, first-come first-served, and amount awarded will be based on credit hour enrollment.
